Located on top of a small hill,
set in beautiful unspoilt countryside
and within walking distance from
the charming medieval town Lucignano,
this Villa commands amazing views
from its terraces and gardens stretching
all the way across the Val Di Chiana
taking in Castiglion Fiorentino
and Cortona.
The Villa has been recently undergone
total renovation, furnished in very
good classic Tuscan taste yet offering
every modern comfort.
In Lucignano there are several
restaurants, banks and shops. Cortona
is 15 minutes drive away, 20 to
Arezzo or Montepulciano, 45 to Siena
and one hour to Florence. Great
base for visits to both Tuscany
and Umbria.

Downstairs there is a spacious lounge
that has the kitchen ( stove, fridge,
oven and dishwasher ) and dining
room and at the other end a sitting
area with open fireplace and tv
sat. One double and one twin bedrooms
with en suite marble bathrooms and
laundry cupboard with washing machine
in the hall way.
Upstairs are two bedrooms both with
en suite bathrooms.
The garden is beautifully kept and
equipped with BBQ, tables and chairs
for dining al fresco.
The panoramic pool ( shared with
the owners ) is just above the house
well furnished with lounges and
umbrellas.
