distance of the village's shops

Although it does not have the Tuscan
charm of other houses, its good
location, great views, ample grounds
and modern amenities more than compensate.
Originally designed as 2 separate
apartments, it is now rented only
as one house at the first floor.
The ground floor, used for storage
by the owner, remains unoccupied.
Inside, the spacious rooms are simply
furnished but including facilities
as tv sat, dishwasher, washing machine
and screened windows.
Outside offers a furnished gazebo,
BBQ and private pool.
In Lucignano there are several
restaurants, banks and shops. Cortona
is 15 minutes drive away, 20 to
Arezzo or Montepulciano, 45 to Siena
and one hour to Florence.
Great base for visits to both Tuscany
and Umbria

Private garden with furnished gazebo
on the lawn, BBQ and panoramic private
pool graced with some beautiful
sculptures and equipped with lounges
and umbrellas.
