Tuscany villa located between Tuscany and Umbria region

This villa was originally a medieval tower which Tuscan soldiers used as a lookout.

It is a beautiful country home in a wonderful location near the little village of Monterchi (near Arezzo) with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, garden, large pool and panoramic views.

On the ground floor you will find: a fully equipped laundry, a large living room (45 sq. m.) with armchairs, dining room with table and chairs for 10 people, Sat TV, stereo and large (not working) fireplace.

There is the kitchen (15m²) with: microwave, american coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, oven, fridge and the complete dish facilities. There is also a decorated living room with sofas, telephone (good for internet connection).

On the first floor there are four bedrooms. Two of the rooms are double rooms and each have en-suite bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin. The other two rooms are twin rooms and each have en-suite bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin.

Situated in the tower part of the villa, there is a small sitting area, a bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin, and one double bedroom.

There are hairdryers in each of the bathrooms.

Therefore we can accommodate up to 10 people (in 5 rooms) and on request the owners can provide a baby cot.

At the top of the tower there is a terrace where guests can see marvelous views over the whole valley.
