In the north of Tuscany, in the
border with Liguria - Cinque terre

It is located between the sea and
the Apuane Alps and is surrounded
by olive and chestnut trees and
golden yellow broom.
Traditional terra cotta floors,
wood parquet, carrara marble, and
wrought iron blend nicely with warm
sunlight flooding through the windows.
A patio runs along one side of
the house with wonderful views,
and there is a terrace with table
and chairs off of the first floor
hallway. The pool is occasionally
shared with the owners. Breathtaking
views of the gulf of La Spezia and,
on a clear day, Corsica.
This villa is only 8 km from Sarzana,
15 minutes to La Spezia, close to
Cinque Terre, Portovenere, the Poets
Gulf, medieval villages and castles
of Lunigiana and Carrara. The beaches
of Versilia, Viareggio and Forte
dei Marmi are 30 minutes away.
From Lerici and Carrara (20 minutes
by car) there are ferry companies
that will take you to visit the
beautiful Cinque Terre area
