Set in an area of great natural
beauty, the splendid position of
the house can be fully enjoyed from
the garden, the lovely swimming
pool (7 x 14 m - deep 90 cm - 250
cm ) and a big covered terrace ideal
for al fresco dinners.
This large farmhouse has been divided
into two houses totally independent
and with completely separate sitting
covered area and entrance.
The English speaking owners, live
in one of the two apartments and
share the pool with the guests.
Sleeps 8 - 250 sqm
On two levels.
Ground floor, there is a very spacious
living/dining room (Satellite TV)
and a well equipped kitchen (oven,
cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher).
First floor, there are 4 double (or
twin) bedded rooms, two bathrooms
with shower and one bathroom with
bath.
Bedrooms are traditionally large and
simple with lovely views over the
surrounding hills looking towards
Sienna.
At guests disposal washing machine,
cost payable locally and BBQ in the
garden.
In San Salvatore a Pilli, 3 kms away,
there are shops, supermarket, restaurants
etc while Sienna is about 8 kilometers
