This small estate lies in the heart
of the Montagnola Natural Park,
completely surrounded by olive trees,
vineyards and forest, where guests
can enjoy splendid walking or horse
riding excursions.
The house is on two floors. On
the ground floor, not available
to guests, there is a cellar, a
garage and an oil press.
The accommodation (about 130 sq
mt) is on the first floor, consisting
of a spacious living room with huge
fire place (big enough to sit in),
barbecue, kitchen corner (cooker,
oven, fridge and dishwasher), one
double bedded room, two twin bedded
room, a bathroom with shower and
a separate WC.
An ample terrace furnished with
table and chairs for dining out
is at the guests disposal. A few
steps from the terrace lead to the
garden and the orchard, where guests
can find the swimming pool (12x6
m) and the BBQ.
