This property is a working Fattoria,
where among its buildings we offer
the main villa.
The villa lies in the superb landscape
well known as "Le Crete Senesi"
area, with breathtaking views over
the rolling hills.
The house has been recently restored
ensuring that it remains true to
its Tuscan origins, fully preserving
its important and rural history.
A wrought iron gate leads to the
private Italian style garden, furnished
with table and chairs for al fresco
dinners. In the garden there is
a nice swimming pool at the guests'
exclusive disposal.
A classic double marble stair case
leads to the first floor of the
house. Extremely spacious, from
the long corridor you can access
all the rooms and the large and
well equipped kitchen, with its
big fireplace, has kept its original
role as the focal point of the house.
Next to the kitchen there is living/dining
room, with sofa and tv. In front
of the kitchen there is also a reading
room.
All rooms are furnished with a
mixture of traditional elegant and
modern pieces and all to an excellent
criteria.
Four double bedrooms have ensuite
shower bathrooms. The fifth double
bedded room uses a bathroom with
shower at the end of the corridor.
Laundry room with washing machine
and iron is on the ground floor.
Within walking distance, a traditional
"Osteria" and only 7 km
away the village Asciano offers
all kind of facilities, shops, supermarket,
banks etc. Siena is about 24 km
away.
