Situated on the outer edge of a
tiny hamlet, 7 km from Buonconvento
and 30 km South of Siena.
Buonconvento is a little known
but delightful town, with its small
old fashioned shops still offering
the personal service that makes
buying the week’s supplies
such a pleasure.
From the Villa there is a splendid
wide panorama, typical of Tuscan
countryside and at night the lights
of Montalcino twinkle enticingly
on the horizon.
The house, 260 sqm, is on two floors
and it’s ideal base for 8 people.
On the ground floor there is one
double bedroom (queen size bed);
three twin bedrooms; four shower
bathrooms (3 bathrooms are ensuite).
On the first floor there are two
kitchens, each furnished with oven,
4 rings cooker, fridge/freezer,
in one of the two kitchen there
is also a dishwasher; two toilets;
one tv room; one living room with
fireplace.
Spacious garden with cypress threes
at the guests disposal. The swimming
pool is secluded and luxuriously
spoiling with threes shady sitting
areas, barbecue and dining table.
